  • Tune-in VRT radio problemen

    Deze morgen speelden de radiozenders van VRT niet meer op Tune-in op mijn Essence en A6. Er kwam een Tune-in stem die meldde dat er een probleem is met deze streams. Vreemd genoeg spelen die zenders wel op de Sonos.... Enig idee wat er aan de hand is?

    The latest versions allow to select the speaker groups for your television. It doesn’t work with my V1. The app shows the correct speaker group, but selecting another speaker group doesn’t work Are others experiencing the same problem?

The first time I had the issues, I reported this to B&O via the app, but have not received any feedback. That’s why I didn’t bother to do so when the problem happened again.

    Same problem occurred tonight. Essence stopped playing Tune-in. When trying to play a radio station, the Essence made the beeping sounds as if it was rebooting. But nothing happened. The Essence jumped from one station to another without playing anything. Rebooting the Essence through the app solved the problem. Anyone having similar problems? Or solutions? My setup was stable for months but is now having this behaviour twice in a couple of weeks

  • Problems with Tune-In and Essence/A6

    This evening all of a sudden, the Essence stopped playing Tune-In. The device made a clicking sound as if it was rebooting, but starting Tune-In does not work. The Essence skips from one station to another, but is not playing anything. Same behavior when trying to play Deezer. Spotify Connect works. On the A6 I have the same problem. What is wrong? By the way, playing Tune-in on a Bluesound device is working, so I guess the issue is on the B&O side. I already contacted the helpdesk. Anybody else

    @MrAndersen With today’s update the link to the product configuration pages seems broken. When I click “configureren” the app tries to go to the Product setup pages, but doesn’t succeed, and returns to the app’s main page
