    I want more GVA enabled products. It should take so long to update the M3 and M5. And an universal sound center (similar to Harmony) but at a price point just above the Stage. A Stage like product but with the ability to connect existing B&O speakers.

    The Beovision Harmony is added to the B&O AR app. It's available in two version: Floor and wall mount. The wall mount is motorized in the same way as the floor stand, i.e. it moves up and the speakers fold out.

    I've had my A9 since the initial release. Was one of the first to get it. And I too has experienced the popping noises. It seems to be related to temperature changes which makes the plastic expand at different rates. But to be fair I cannot remember when it has happened last, and to be honest I really don't see why people makes such a big deal out of it? We can all agree that it shouldn't happen, but it being a deal breaker seems like an overreaction.

    Nothing I've seen points to Google Assistance. But you are right, leaving it out seems odd. It shouldn't be features like this that differentiate the B&O and Beoplay lines.

  • Beovision 11-55 or Avant 55 NG

    Hi, I've been offered to upgrade from a Beovision 11-46 to a Beovision Avant 55 NG for 1500€. I've previously read about the Avant being unstable and some people complaining about the picture quality, and the Android platform is sort of an in between product for B&O. There has also been talks about the Avant not being completely ready for 4K signals and HDMI. Both TVs are new and still in the box. Does anyone have any input or recommendations ?

    Just to be clear, there are five generations: 2nd and 3rd are the same size. 4th and 5th(4K) are the same size. Both the 4th and 5th generation have the touchpad remote. I have the 4th generation and it does not fit in my Beoplay V1-40. Had no problem with the 3rd gen. I have no clue if the compartment in the Beovision 11-55 is larger than the one in Beoplay V1.

    I’ve just installed a Chromecast Audio in the back compartment of the A9, and so far I’ve fully satisfied with the sound quality. Turning on full dynamic range really means a lot. It’s noticeable right away. The only down sides so far are the volume control. You need to adjust the volume on both the A9 and in the Spotify app. And you can’t control the volume from the lock screen. This makes it a bit more anoying to change the volume. Turning the volume to max and the A9 doesn’t
