    The tour and museum visit exceeded our expectations. Had a great time. The demonstration of "Hey Google" product integration was interesting. The gentleman had full confidence his voice and instructions would be recognized regardless of his position in the BeoHome and despite the presence of a chit-chatting audience. It worked every time. The full integration of an 80's vinyl record player, which should not be all that surprising (it was, after all, an MCL or ML product), raised, nonetheless

It would have been relatively easy for the app itself to reveal this.     Thank you Baronvejrup. I have done that, with no result. On a very basic level, the remains at its initial screen, asking to "add products", and no functionality is available. However, if one clicks on the wheel at the right top of the screen, one can see that there is a product that has been added, with serial number and all, and Deezer, and TuneIn, etc. Also, I have contacted customer support, which responded asking me to send them screen caps. I have done that, and will report here the

  • Bang&Olufsen App (iOS)

    Hello, + I set up an account + Added a Product (Playmaker) + Signed in Deezer + Turned on iTunes Library (though I'm not sure what to expect) + Signed in TuneIn Nonetheless , the app remains at the initial stage: the "Welcome" screen with the big button to "Add a product". There is zero functionality . Only by going to settings can one see that Deezer, TuneIn, the Product are all "on". Is this normal? Thanks in advance,

    In our case: 1. The Mac works about 1/2 the time with the Playmaker 2. The Mac is latest generation with latest software 3. The wireless router is Cisco and it sits 5 metres away from the Playmaker I still think the Playmaker is a substandard product.

Unfortunately, I cannot agree with your comments. The Playmaker now works flawlessly with our AirPort Base Station/Time Capsule router; but for two weeks, it refused to perform at all under this same setup. Also, the Playmaker failed to work with our Cisco RV220W wireless that I brought from the boat
