    Hi, with beo 4 new model with joystick you can lock it to linkmode with zone,and with some older beo4 you could lock it with a "secret" code to link mode but was long time ago i use it so i don't remember how, but will try to see if i can find it somewere...

    Pull off the black plastic back of tweeter (carefull so you not do any marks) then you see the screws after that just lift off the speaker/lens unit complete, then this done just lift off cover.

    You not telling what beosystem you have...? but i assume that it's beosystem 4 and then you have to call b&o shop to get a technican out for calibration with servicecamera connected to beosystem 4

    Hi, You can check this, maybe it some speaker or more that are fail check info below: Stand-by diode always red Symptom: Power Link connection. No sound. The loudspeaker does not switch on, and the stand-by diode is always red. When the mains voltage to the BL 1 has been removed (µP has been reset), and the loudspeaker is turned on again, the stand-by diode turns green and then red after 1-2 seconds. Cause: The amplifier is in Protection-mode. The cause can be too high a load due to for instance

    Hi, yes rs232 and i wrote wrong in earlier post (433,92Mhz )but somfy use 433,42Mhz but it's the same in US and EU so it would be no problem to use the RTS universal interface II US model in europé (and that was the interface i used) /Tompa

    Hi, Maybe it can be the H8 processor module thats fails if so you need to exchange H8 module with and preprog eeprom because if you only change on of them maybe failure in on of them transfer to the Another this can only be done by authorized workshop /Tompa

    Hi, You only type in for example 0103U in match/command field in mlgw = RTS adress 1 motorchannel 03 (1-16) and motor UP or 0103S in match/command field in mlgw = RTS adress 1 motorchannel 03 (1-16) and motor stop or 0103D in match/command field in mlgw = RTS adress 1 motorchannel 03 (1-16) and motor down all as output command in type field in mlgw /Tompa

    Hi, I don't notice that problem iwas rs485 on european rts, this was some years ago and i use a US model with rs232 but maybe it's possible to use rs232 -> rs 485 converter maybe? or buy US model because RTS transmitter use 433,92 mhz in US also i not sure now but probebly the same
