• Re: Peter Pans Hjemmebio, - interface - tips & tricks.

But the Beovision Harmony will live or die by its sound. A few caveats here to our test: Bang & Olufsen is still

Hi KMA- long time no see! The question is, if the ‘streo seperation’ really is that important, when you listen to musik from a rather ‘one point system’, that a tv is. You probably won’t even sit in front of the tv then. For ‘stereo’ you’ll need a set of L/R speaker well positioned....and yourself well seated.. Imo sound from music/radio etc is more than just ‘stereo seperation’.....over the years B&O/the Acoustic Department has shown

1: I know we disagree........buy some additional speakers (or use some of those, that you already have) and a good listening chair placed in the sweetspot ๐Ÿ˜‰
But wouldn't that make the whole butterfly exercise kind of pointless and who is to say you can run audio mode wings aloft? Ill guess we will know once the product is finalized.
From how it is described now, I wold suppose that you could ‘run audio

But if it talks to the Core, which turns on the tv........ But you are probably right - it will be rather limited. MM

  • Re: Moving from Moment to Core?

There is a version with support for a connected ir-eye. I guess that new remote would display metadata and more from the Core, the regulation of the volume would have to happen with the ir remote via the BV11. We will see, if we could live with that? MM
BS9000 BS4 BC2 audio BS5 BS Moment..............Visited a dealer today and he said that B&O have clarified that there will not be any future audio systems of the types we are used to. The future will be small plastic streaming boxes hidden away like the Core. Has anyone else heard this?
Maybe we should see the coming, new remote control as the front end of these ‘ small plastic streaming boxes hidden away ‘. And we must learn to see that

It is a 3.0 system - just like previous BeoVisions.
Remind me, which ones? Apart from your Avant, I would argue they were 2.0.
Same es the Eclipse, 3.0 system,
That is what happens, when you don’t see the Eclipse as a BeoVision! 3.0 is definitely the way to go for a tv speaker - and the option to turn this into a center speaker, when connecting further multichannel
