  • Re: Beolab 800o replace floor stands

Hi All, Thanks for all your quick replies, I will see if I can add extra weight to the new stands by adding steel plates in the wooden base. Kind regards Pim

  • Beolab 800o replace floor stands

I would like to replace the black heavy floor stands/feet under my beolab 8000's with wooden ones. Does the weight of the defaukt stands have an actual function like dampening or stabiltity ? If so I would need to figure out how to add additional weight to the new wooden ones. Your answers would be highly appreciated. Pim

  • Testen MMC20

  • Re: Beogram 1203 part replacement

Hello soren and Martin, Thank you both for your reply. Soren, shift lever and clutch are working fine, I have tested yesterday. It feels more like Martins suggestion I'll have to check this later this week. Martin, just to make sure, I have circkled the nylon wheel in the picture below, is this the rod you mentioned ?

Hi Soren, I have followed your instructions and after 2 hrs of carefull tinkering I have got the lift to work fine, thanks for the help. Only thing now is the automatic arm mechanism leading its own life, so I will add a few pictures as you've adviced. Please have a look perhaps you see something I have missed. kind regards Pim The last picture shows the cam gear in the 0 position.

I finaly found the time to clean the bearings and put in the cam-lifting wheel. However, the arm liftsand lowers but the mechanism doesn't seem to know what to do. Can anybody inform me what the proper position (how do you put it in ?) of the cam wheel should be ? Many thx in advance Pim

Hi All, Thanks a lot for the offer Menahem but I have just got one via Dillen. One more thing I could use help in from anybody is suggestions how to clean of the old grease and lubricate the bearings and motor. For instance do I flip over the beogram or do you get in from the top ? Any sugestions are more than welcome. Pim

  • Beogram 1203 part replacement

Hello, I am at the moment repairing a beogram 1203 it is in beautiful optical condition and will be moved to the living room once it is 100%. I have already replaced the drive belt but the lift mechanism doesn't work. the Arm positions to the preset record size but doesn't lower itself. Upon opening the beogram I found the cam-lifting wheel to be broken and I am looking to find a replacement. Is there anybody who has such a part and is willing to sell it to me ?
