How do you switch between your Avant and your MacBook? Or did you have to disconnect your BT from the MacBook to control the Avant again?

I hat such a combination up and running: Beosystem 2500 (with connected sources) connected thru a 1611 to my masterlink (a coupe of BeoLink Active 1636) and the Masterlink connected to a V1 using a BLC (ML/NL Converter). Worked perfect! (By now I have retired the BS2500 and moved on to a Beosounc Essence Mk II)

I think they where quite quick in temporarily stopping production to look into the problem. For car manufacturers (as an example) it takes sometimes years to do the same.

Hi, I own a BV9. and wouldn't exchange it for any tv about the same screen size. In respect to audio: The BV9 has only a center speaker (but a very good one). The rest is done by my BL9s :-) I start thinking about exchanging my BV9 for an 75" Avant though. Martin

Flappo, if you were following your own argument " By the tine there's plenty of 4k , we will have moved onto 8k" against buying a 4k tv set, you should never have replaced your black and white tv.

Since I wanted a further integration into my bus system I abandoned the customs string route and went for a full KNX integration. For the custom strings the string must be something like this: PUT /api/<hueuser>/lights/3/state HTTP/1.1\0D\0A{\"on\": true, \"bri\": 128, \"ct\": 345}\0D\0A "<hueuser>" is an user that has been authorized in the Philips Hue Gateway "3"
