Re: Beolab 4000 with BL11 or BL17 alone?
Just to be clear. mid I chose the BeoLab 3 speakers, but won’t run them with the BL11 or other sub, will the sound be that flat without bass? I think BL17 is worth its money now as used ones. No new ones are produced any more. But the prices as new ones felt a bit to expensive for that kind of speaker. I’ve read people says they are better than the Lab 18..

Thanks. Would that “little” speaker BL17 be able to produce the same amount of bass and volume? About same frequencies?

Sounds almost to good to be true, because the BL17 is that small speaker! No ideas about changing to BeoLab 3? I guess they without subwoofer can be little flat? And with BL11, it’s more money than buying the BL17.

Beolab 4000 with BL11 or BL17 alone?
Hi, Today I have a Beosound Core, connected to Beolab 11 subwoofer and then on to two Beolab 4000 (with powerlink). After I added BL11, the sound got a real boost - used only for music. However, I'm wondering what a step up in speakers could be? They must be able to be wall mounted. How do you think Beolab 3 would play, without the subwoofer and with the subwoofer compared to my current system? Is it more important there that the speaker's treble is aimed at the listener than today? Or if
