  • Re: Is this a limited edition?

Why? For example, it's a very good gift for a lady as a useful argument in a dispute, on why you have to purchase some new B&O stuff very soon

  • Re: BeoCenter 2500 sliding doors fault

Try to open the CD cover - if it will open/close the doors as usual, then the IR leds or receivers are not working well.

  • Re: BS 2300 glass doors issue

It's hard to decide, what is the problem upon Your description, as it can be: - power failure, - bowden failure (servo starts, but doors are not opening) - servo motor failure. - IR sensor failure. EXACTLY what happens, when You intend to open the doors? Were the doors worked, and stopped working from one day to another? Did You tried to OPEN the CD cover? In this case the doors will open and the CD cover will open after this. You can check with this if the IR sensors are wrong. Did You tried

  • Re: Bad Server or sofware for a good forum

Dear Lee, Thank You for Your efforts, however I'm very satisfied with these changes. I have the same problems which I had with the old forums, and even more. I understand You see the advantages in the database, or in the management, but I don't see it as a user. For example, I've sent these problems several times, but I just received totally non Beoworld style harsh comment, and not a solution. I was disappointed, because it's not the usual way here, and more unusual that the reported

  • Re: beocenter 2500 multiple aux sources

I'm not sure if I understand well Your question, but why You want to install anything between two external sources? Connect them directly and record from one to the other. However, the BC2500 have a Line In (Aux) connection for input, and You can use the masterling connectors with a five PIN DIN for AUX temporary. In this case one of Your speaker will not work (if You use BL2500 for it), but You can do what You want to do.

  • Serene hinge problem

Dear All, Our Serene has a problem, which started about some weeks ago - the hinge part of the phone became warm, and the automatic open/close getting worse and worse day by day, however when You turned off/on the phone, it started to work and the hinge problem disappeared. About some days ago, the hinge is not working, so it needs servicing. My problem is, that I asked the local B&O support, but they told, there is no repairing (not even checking), but they have to send the phone to Spain for

  • Re: Beusound 2500

It's very simple :) Withouot remote: Tune the station and press "store" button - select the number you wish to store (if it differs from the actual number), and press "store" again. It's done :)

Dear Keith, I've posted several problems and questions about the new forum here, and in another topic. May I kindly ask You why I didn't received nor any reply, neither any solution? Thanks, AT

  • Re: Thoughts on the new forum so far?

Some problems with the forum, which I posted in a wrong thread earlier, I hope, this is a good place for these: - "Members On-Line" status on the main forum page has a wrong post count status - mostly "(0)" shown. - If You press the name, the search function will show "userid:XXXX" against to the user name (anyway it works) - If I press "Posts you have not read" shortcut, I will get the list, but: - I can't go to the last unread post, as I can get the first
