    It is possible that re seating a connector or two may help. These connectors are inside the panel which on an Avant makes it harder. This is a link I have just found that may or may not be relevant. Good luck.

    Ok, the BeoSystem 4 version. The Beovision Avant is based but not exactly the same as BSys4. This reset process is straight from the Beosystem 4. You may be lucky. Otherwise, In your version some changes relate to its 4K capability. Its likely you need a call to service to reset this properly including all its capable resolutions. I believe also that there is a video test mode that can be invoked or a manual test procedure to help. Both maybe of assistance. Good luck, Beoaus.

    Hi Michael, Is this the Android Avant? If so I have a reset process in a thread about the Horizon that may assist. It will involve disconnecting all external cables other than the speakers. I can’t search for it now, being on the balcony in the sun with a red... sorry. Beoaus.

    Hi, You can call ahead and ask a major USA service centre for a price on the following: 2x backup suitcases for Beolab 1 Type 6843 (USA 120V Part 3395146). They may even have some spares from a process completed previously. Or ask a service centre in Sweden if they have some spares as well from the reverse process. Many years ago the Australian service in Camberwell used to provide a similar service for those from the USA which was about AU$400. Good luck Beoaus.

    I suppose another speed hump us Aussie B&O customers must endure. Plus a u-turn if I am not wrong in heading back to Singapore. Perhaps Singapore will pickup some staff members moving forward, its tough for them. How MJ will manage Australia remains unknown. Just hope they end up with a working model as now the last two Australian Master Agents have failed badly. I noticed Emerald Group Investments website is suspended www.eginvestments.com.au. Wonder why? Store are still noted below for now

    As Soren mentioned the software needs updating. A B&O service centre can do this as the call home feature will not longer update the BLC. Perhaps, at the same time ask service or your regional B&O tech if other ML equipment needs an update. You could ask the tech how they would set it up, for what its worth? In my case the update to the BS9000 and BLC made my configuration stable. Separately and FYI, the log shows the registration of the BLC to B&O and its seems the ML equipment in use

    Ok. Some quick details. Do you see LINE IN as a NL Source in IR mapping? Maybe A.MEM (shown in your PDF) or another free ML command could be assigned to LINE IN. I would also rename A,MEM or other in "Experience mapped to NL" to Bluetooth. BTW... Do you have 2 BLC's. if so they should be named differently. Possibly even turn one off. Are you familiar with the BLC System log, in particular searching for the BeoNetRemote command? The logs are quite helpful. Beoaus.
