    I have the same problem, and I don¨t have the reciept. I think its because it's in retail mode https://www.beoplay.com/~/media/Relation_spots/Partner/How-to-update-to-retail-mode-for-A1-A2-Active-Beolit-17-and-P2-vers-3.pdf?la=en But because I cant shut it off, I cant fix it. Any suggestions?
