    It is frustrating to read that it is technical possible, but B&O ignores it and / or is technical incompetent to enhance the software / firmware.

    Thank you Alsfeld for the hind, it would be so unbelievable if B&O software developer would fix the problem at the Beosound 35. So that at least Airplay is using the full functionalities (display) of the Beosound 35, since Bang & Olufsen stopped Netlink / NL and unfortunately the Bang&Olufsen app is not usable at all for music content streaming.

They have to find new customers, because after a customer experiences the technical shortcomings of a B&O product and service, they will never buy a Bang&Olufsen product again. My assumptions are based on my personal experiences with the Beosound Moment and Beosound 35.

    It would be great, if B&O could solve the issue one day, so that my Beosound 35 will display Airplay Meta-Data (like my BS35 does by streaming via Chromecast or Netlink/BeoLink)

    Es wird Interessant ob Bang&Olufsen die Corona Krise überlebt? Designtechnisch finde ich die Beosound Moment, Beosound 35, Beosound 1 und 2, die Beosound Shape als auch den Beovision Harmony sehr gelungen. Nur nach meinen großen technischen Enttäuschungen mit der Beosound Moment und der Beosound 35, sowie der B&O App, konnte ich mich in den letzten 4 Jahren nicht durchringen neue / zusätzliche Produkte von Bang&Olufsen zu kaufen. Für den Preis den Bang&Olufsen

    Yes, I am a frustrated user of the Bang&Olufsen app. I am sorry, that I formulated my frustration much too hard. Sorry! But nevertheless, I am still wondering, how Bang&Olufsen is managing in the German App Store (not world wide) to collect 1.301 ratings within less than two weeks. Bang&Olufsen set back the rating counter to 0 in October 2019 and needed 5 months to collect 288 ratings. But when these 1.301 new ratings are from really convinced Bang&Olufsen customers, B&O will

  • Bang&Olufsen manipulates App Store ratings ?!?

    I am shocked. How low must a company fall to start manipulating Apple App Store ratings? Instead of investing in the quality of the B&O app, ratings seems to be bought in bulk. Two weeks ago the B&O app had 226 ratings and a score of 2.8 in the German Apple Store. Within 2 weeks the Bang&Olufsen app collected over 1,527 ratings and a grade of 4.0. I only hope that sales will continue to fall as it has in the last months, because customers are not as stupid as Bang & Olufsen management
