• Re: When would you give the Bang&Olufsen App 5 stars at App Store...
And it's not just B&O.
Unfortunately yes. But the question Bang&Olufsen should ask themselves, what does Sonos better? Sonos has also some negativ ratings. But Sonos has a very strong community that loves the Sonos Controller app. In total Sonos has 135.401 votings (German App Store), most of which are very positiv. Looking at the Bang&Olufsen App, there is nobody really using or loving this app, there is no community that supports it. With a total

  • Re: Beosound Moment dilemma

What software / app you are using to access your local library? And / or what music stream provider and app you are using? In the end it is all software (not hardware), unfortunately not at all a capability Bang&Olufsen is good in.

  • Re: Bang & Olufsen app 2.7

Dear MrAndersen I strongly wish / support following five feature requests for the B&O app already mentioned in this thread. Deezer Flow - one of the best features of the Deezer app.
1. A Deezer Flow button to start / to stop Deezer Flow somewhere in the B&O App.
Possibility to reduce local source list in the now playing screen.
Even I disabled several local sources of my Beosound Core (see left screenshot), they are still
At the end the companies with the better ideas, strategy and products will survive.
Bang & Olufsen still did not manage to get from the analog to the digital century. Look at the B&O app, look at the outdated stores concept, look for a multichannel distribution concept, look at the internet presence without social community or technical content, look at the helpless / low educated online customer service, look at the not perfect working products, look

  • Re: B&O will build its own audio streaming platform
It’s already an 20-80 split between NL and AP(2)/CC
It would be interesting, how and what is counted? Number of devices sold or real usage? Better would be to count / compare profit made. Because I assume / I hope, that B&O makes much more profit with a Beosound Core (probably more often used with NL) as with a Beoplay M3. And when there would be a good B&O app to manage a music collection / respectively different music streaming providers

  • Re: Beosound Shape - what do you think now?
Sounds like Sonos is more suitable for your needs.
Thank you for this tip, already thought about it, because I love the design of the Beosound Shape but not the B&O app at all. 1) But why did I have to invest 750,00 Euro for the Beosound Core within the Beosound Shape? Really necessary was the Beosound Core for 10 minutes during installation process of the Beosound Shape. 2) More interesting would be, what are the unique selling points and the medium
