• Re: B&O Play TV coming this quarter

I forgot that I took a few pictures of the tv on its launch day here at my local retailer. I think I took a few more a few days ago but can't find them. Anyway here is one at least. To compare the colours.

  • Re: V1 with B&O iPhone app....?!?

V1 doesn't have masterlink and that makes it incompatible with that application unfortunately. Perhaps it will be possible to control V1 from iOS in some other way (My samsung tv has a remote-app for iPhone but I never use it). And they also market the possibility to put an Apple TV inside V1 for use with AirPlay etc so I think that might be it(?)
Yeah, my dealer had the white with the green fret on display (but when I went in, they'd temporarily taken it to show a customer). He said that you barely could see the green under the white frame - he has a point though, it's a simply piece of cloth that sits under those holes in the speaker. You won't see very much. It's note like the BV6, where you can swap out the entire speaker cover with a different colour.
How annoying, but I quess it

  • BC2 & Beolink & A. AUX

Hello guys. I have a question. A friend of mine has a BC2 connected to a BV5 in the main room and two beolink passive for outside speakers and bedroom speakers. i connected an airport express to the aux in on BC2´s socket unit and from the main room I can select A.AUX. But trying to do so from the link-rooms doesnt make anything. I have tried adding Phono and tried A.tape also but none of them seems to work, not N.Radio either that someone suggested. Even tried an older Beolink 1000 (shift
Just a quick update. Was walking to football early this evening and noticed my dealer was closing up (an hour late!). Noticed they had the 40" white V1 in the store. I asked him if it's the one with the green fret. He said it was. I had to ask if it really was - he even checked whether it was. Sadly that tells me all we need to know....you barely can see the colour under the speaker. In the store it looked like a dark green, if you look closely. From a distance

Is the Beolink passive´s firmware just too old?
Very likely - BeoLink Passive (or Active) need SW 1.5 (current version is 1.6) to support "A.AUX"
That is a bit strange, but I have heard it before unfortunately. They are just four years old and are installed behind a wall. Is it possible to upgrade them yourself?

  • Re: Is he a member?
I've purchased a Beolit 1000 from this seller and it came to me in very nice restored shape. he sells at a premium but also does restorative work like Frede with his Beolabs (not as thorough by any means but you know it's going to work). He even knows Frede personally. He doesn't answer emails very readily but is a nice individual and a great source for radios albeit at a premium. He even sold me a Beopower for my Beolit 1000 which are very hard to come
