  • Beoplay H5 resets EQ preset (ToneTouch) after shut off

    Hi everyone, I've been experiencing an issue with my recent H5s. They tend to reset my equalizer settings after each shut off, meaning that I have to redo the setting EVERY time I shut off my H5s. This is getting really annoying! I've read up on some threads here and it seams that more people are having the same issue.
