  • Re: Beoremote One and Beosound Core?

Hi, It seems you're using the original BeoRemote One - this has only the IR function and does not allow a Bluetooth connectivity. The Bluetooth source that is appearing on your remote seems as though you have "product integrated" a Network Link Multiroom product to maybe a BeoVision - allowing you to play the Bluetooth source from your Multiroom through the BeoVision. You would need to get an updated version of your BeoRemote One to get the "pairing" functionality - the new

  • Re: Help needed - pairing a sky Q remote to a beovision 8....

Hi Cue, Unfortunately, this is not possible to use to control the BeoVision 8. The Sky Q remote will only be able to be used with a Sky Q box and it seems you do not have one connected. You'd need some sort of BeoRemote or Beo4 to control your BV 8; as there are no buttons on your TV to turn the product off or on. For example, once your Beo4 is repaired you should be able to update your BV 8 with the PUC tables to control your Sky Q box - this would mean you'll need a PUC cable and most likely

  • Re: Beoremote One and Beosound Core?

Hi, I think using the BR One BT is a great way of controlling the multiroom speakers as you can have an interface of what you will be able to play without having to go to a mobile device. Firstly, what you'll need to do is go onto the B&O app, select your BeoSound Core> go into product settings> configure and then it'll take you into the internal settings of the Core - under remote controls you can open your BS Core for pairing and then go into your BeoRemote One BT, press LIST

  • Re: Canary Wharf

Hi, Sorry I hadn't seen this response. John no longer owns the Canary Wharf franchise - it is now under the NuConnect management but Matthew and I, are still here running things as normal. Johns still around, I do still speak to him quite often and still quite involved in home networking & AV but no longer owns the B&O CW store. Thanks Vish

  • Re: Essence Remote with Eclipse?

Hi Jeff, After your post and seeing this on the BR One (BT) once paired to an ASE product - it did in fact make me think there must be more to this remote pairing than just basic control of media (for example, source change and volume etc). Technically, all of the above is not "supported" through B&O and is in the "roadmap" to have official support hence why there is no documentation on this however if you were to log onto your ASE products IP address or go onto the B&O

  • Re: Essence Remote with Eclipse?

Hi Mike, From my experience with working with the BLGW, it is quite hard finding the correct Light/Command commands "blindly" to assign to Macros. I believe there is an option to capture the commands you send to the BLGW via the BeoRemote One - let me look into this further for you to find the guide on how to capture the command your sending. so you can find the correct command to assign to a macro for yourself. As you can imagine this is such a busy time for us, so please bare with my

  • Re: Beolab50 has big audio delay vs Beosound 8000 -Pls Help-

Hi Peter, I believe the best option would be to log onto the Beolab 50's IP address or access them through the B&O app and check their latency. They're normally set to High Latency to give you the most precise sound however it may be that as you're using them with an AVR you may need to change the Latency due to it being used with a video source. This should hopefully resolve it for you. Thanks Vish

  • Re: Essence Remote with Eclipse?

Hi! I have some great news - you can now pair BeoRemote One (Bluetooth) to the Multiroom (NL Products) To do this you will need to open for pairing as you would the same as the Essence remote, either through the IP address of the speaker or via the "Configure" button in the B&O App. Then you do the same on the BeoRemote One (BT) open for pairing and once paired, all sources available through the device are shown on the "MUSIC" list (even your favourited radio stations are

  • Re: Essence Remote with Eclipse?

Hi, Apologies in the delay in my response, I haven't checked this recently! I have looked into this with no real success - unfortunately. After asking the question and trying to push for an answers - I've received a lot of shrugs and uncertainty. Currently, the answer is that they're incompatible but don't worry your thoughts have been heard/voiced! Should I get an update on this I shall post about it. I think it's a valid point that; most, if not all "MasterLink" products

  • Re: Horizon as stand-alone music system

Hi, The answer to your questions is yes and no (I know confusing right) Yes, you can use the Horizon as a stand-alone music system however it may not be in the way you're thinking. The Horizon should have GoogleCast enabled as standard and you should be able to cast straight from your mobile device to the television. This should prompt the Deezer app to launch on your Horizon and basic controls enabled from your mobile device. To go into more detail - start by launching the Deezer app or whichever
