  • Re: Nogen som skal til Struer i august?

Hi, as Soren stated in the english thread i thought to switch to the danish thread to keep track. Only problem is i don't know any danish ecxecept Bang & Olufsen (and may be smorebrod ) I'm booked to the english tour (9:00 am on 9.08.19). I'll arrive on Thursday the 8th and will leave on Sunday the 11th. Meeting for something to eat and or drink in the evening would be a great idea. I don't know if there are any plans already but i'll be there

  • Re: Beovison 7 speaker configuration question ?

Hi, there might be a solution if you don't want Dolby Sourround Sound with your setup but sound from the front and the back: In the speaker setup give the BV a BeoLab7.2, define your front speakers as Beolab 4000, 8000... and connect the Beolab 7.2 to the corresonding powerlink connection, then add your rear speakers. Now define the Video speaker default and Audio speaker default mode to 'Speaker 4'. This should give a stereo sound stage with rear speakers also used and center channel

  • Re: Beolab 3500 as rear surround

Hi, removing the amps, power suplies, and everything else in the case of the BeoLab 3500 won't work because there are two bass units and two tweeters inside which are not connected via a crossover network to split the frequency ranges! Also the inbuild audio processing is responsible for the speaker protection. so this is no good idea. Have you ever thought about using two BeoLab 4000 as rear speakers? the can be mounted right below the ceiling and can be mounted in such a way that the "beam"

  • Re: Update a factory resetted BeoSound 5

Hi, my BeoMaster 5 gives the following information: BM5 OS Image: 7.02 (it's the version on the Harddisk itself) BM5 OS Update: 7.03 (Update Version for the BM5 OS Image) BM5 Application: 7.04.01.1945 But it's not only the Update Server which is not available but also the connection for N.Radio updates gives a 'Server not available' message. But this message comes also when the BeoPlayer application on my Computer tries to get an update for N.Radio.

  • Re: BeoVision 7-40 with Beolab 14 surround missing the subwoofer sound

Hi, once Soren Mexico did a nice HowTo in the wiki section: Upload pics: https://forum.beoworld.org/wikis/memberspages/upload-pics.aspx Post one or more pics: https://forum.beoworld.org/wikis/memberspages/post-uploaded-pics.aspx Doing this procedure the pictures won't get lost if the external provider deletes them after some time. The pics will be saved here on beoworld.

[quote user="Weebyx"] ...The Kingston SSDnow 400 240GB is even faster that then 1TB Toshiba 7200 RPM, so maybe I will buy the Crucial MX500 SSD and stick with that instead. ... This series uses the same onboard controller chip Marvell 88SS1074 as the still available' MX300 series. The MX500 series uses another onboard controller chip which gives some problems with
