• Re: I am looking for a new Beovision...
Certainly from at least 2013 they are WISA compatible. Lifestyle AV just sold one that's WISA enabled: http://www.lifestyle-av.co.uk/details.asp?sectionId=1&productId=8636 Dave.
No intention to hijack the thread, but Is it possible to retrofit? My BV11 is Type no 9557

  • Unable to activate V.AUX from linkroom

I have a BL3500 in a linkroom, in the following setup: Everything works fine, but not the following: I want to activate Playmaker from the linkroom. Playmaker is configured to A.AUX "button", through the BV11 and NL/ML converter. Activating A.AUX from main room works fine. If A.AUX already is activated in Main room, it works just to press on BL3500 to play whats on the linksystem. Activating A.AUX from the linkroom just open the AUX port on BC2, so that is no joy. When I try to trigger

  • Re: Beovision Avant 85"

I saw the Avant 85" at my dealer yesterday. Truly an impressive piece. All in all 200 kg with the floorstand. It was really majestic when it started to move on the floor plate. Not many livingrooms will be able to cater for such a TV. The loudspeakers really looked tiny under the huge screen, so I thing the moving speakers hardly will be noticed. Had no time to listen to the sound unfortunately. I would imagine that B&O have used the greater volume they have to play with in the TV body it
I tryed but couldn't find any reviews on BV 11, can you eventually copy and paste the path to get there?
Could see that someone linked to the post I was thinking of. You can also read on this page . Its a review at FlatpanelsHD.
I was thinking about adding a BL11 or BL19. Is this extra depth noticable also when you listen to music?
Seldom play music through the BV11, but when I do the BL11 certainly add extra
Hi Beofans! I am new here and wanted to get your opinion as I plan to buy a Beovision 11-46 in the next couple of weeks... its price went down in France and it will also soon be delivered with the Beo Remote One which makes the deal even better! I was looking for the best compromise between picture quality and great sound as I want to have a simple setup to watch TV/movies but also listen to my music (stored on a Mac) Do you think the Beovision 11 would be enough

  • Re: What Home Media Server are you using with your Beovision?
Hi Hiort, Is that MKV Blu Ray rips or DVD rips? I am ripping Blu Rays in MKV ahead of my future TV purchase and would like to know if they work well :-)
Hi, It's from bluray. 1080i or 720p. "Borrowed" from torrent site Works very well.

I use a Synology NAS. The media folder simply shows up, and content play very well (MKV in my case). No subtitles unfortunately.
