    I'm glad you found your own way. Indeed we users need to help each other because B&O support is no good. Well, I can say the alarm problem is definitely fixed now. It was a pity B&O allowed a good product feature get a bad rep because they were too uninterested to engage.

    I solved the alarm mystery after a while of experimenting with various sequences - no thanks at all to manuals or B&O "support". 1. Connect your phone and speaker by BT 2. Open your music source app, for me Spotify. Start your playlist and pause or stop by sleep timer; keep the app open 3. Open the B&O App and program the alarm. Make sure One Touch Function is set to Alarm 4. On the speaker, press the One Touch Button to initiate I've verified this a few days now. This sequence

    Hi. I'm not sure if you've given up on this. The user manuals and "support" team have certainly been useless in answering my questions on this same issue. Something triggered me to try again and it's worked - repeated a couple days, so it's verified. 0. Phone and speaker are connected via Bluetooth 1. Opened my music source, Spotify in this case. Started my playlist and programmed the sleep timer to stop playing AND keep the app OPEN 2. On the B&O App, programmed my

    glad to find i'm not alone, and it's not a fault with my individual hardware. i've gone in an updated my H8 software ... latest version is v1.0.5 ... hope the problem goes away now. will update if this fixed the issue. otherwise assume the unit is still disconnecting from Skype by itself.
