  • LC2s Timer control possible?

I have several LC2s controlling lights in my lounge and my only other B&O equipment is a 4500 system and RL60 speakers. I was reading some information re' the LC2s and there is a reference to the possibility of them being set up for timer control for security lighting purposes. The info' said that timer setting was only possible if my B&O audio system has timer functions, although why light control capability should be reliant upon an audio system I don't understand. Anyway, not

Suppose you've tried the old trick with electronic items, unplug from mains, wait a few minutes and power up again?

Unless I've misunderstood things, according to the OP he bought the item about a year ago. Long time to wait for the code. Am I over-suspicious?

  • Re: Beo4 Mute

As the OP it seems there are mixed opinions on the current mute method, but based upon replies so far, it seems that it doesn't cause problems for most owners. Tried last night repeated mute of the TV and despite pressing firmly, it managed to "non-mute" quite a few times. Not a majority of times by any means but still in my case unreliable 100% of the time. As a Lintronics box owner, I've been musing over the idea of whether it's possible to allocate some other button (colour

Thanks for that, but I don't find that always works. Pressing the up and down volume buttons simultaneously works, it has to be pretty exact in doing so. I press it with my thumb, but if I'm slightly more on either the up or down button, it doesn't work. Alternatively if I press each button with two separate fingers exactly simultaneously that does work, but it's not very practical. Sound like it's me then! I'd still prefer a mute button I think!
