  • Beosound Momentary thoughts

OK here's my situation, my Beosound Moment Jukebox is displaying the same strobing black screen that it did when I took it in for a review by B&O. Upshot of that was I paid for a new Jukebox, and that was only about 3 months ago. So I'm guessing it'll be the same result, I'm not keen to shell out another £500 every other couple of months for music. So what are my options? I'm now happily migrated to NL for all my sound and vision and will miss the mood wheel as I kind

Well I also like the BSM. Just moved and had it shipped one end of the globe to the other with everything else and in its original packaging. Finally unpacked it and dead as a door nail, perhaps after initial use if you unplug it for any period of time it gets grumpy. Anyway something had to be replaced and is a £580 odd bill to fix

Ah yes Wednesday, everyone's favourite forum post Yeah I need to be a bit more onto it, I blame moving between hemispheres and the ongoing unpacking and plugging back in of B&O kit. All done now though so hey

  • Re: Beolab 3500

I have done a repair on my own BL3500 when one of the speakers was shot. A very simple process to be honest, if you're fine with DIY I'd do that, or if all else fails get someone else to do it

  • Re: BeoPlay V1-40 wireless connections

Hi Oliver, am not sure if mine came with official B&O antenna or not, however from the picture mine is situated at the other end of the cabinet to yours, so not sure if that helps or not. Have also used mine to wirelessly NetLink to an M5 and a BS2and it seems ok, although I can agree getting some BL4000, as they're amazing speakers and getting cheaper all the time. For network radio either set-up N.Radio in the connections list, or I use the Receiver app on the AppleTv.

  • Re: Apple TV with 11-46 & V1-32

I seem to remember the size of the Apple TV 4 did not fit as it was designed for the Apple 3. I have a v1-40 with current apple tv, an an 11-46 with Appletv 4k, so will check to see if it fits see I get back home

  • Re: Is it wise to buy a BV14 today?

Mines an answer with a slight slant. I already had a BV11, so was fine with that and decided to not go down the BV14 front primarily for the issues that they had with Android, not sure if its fixed yet, but I'd rather not take the chance. The BV11 is great, not too much 4k stuff around still (which also helped me stay with non 4k set) and I've always had DVD or items on a media server so just had an apple tv plugged in with Plex media server if i wanted to wants any of my stuff.
