Hi, I have a Beocenter 2800 which has the same problem with the arm - can you give a bit more detail about lubricating and cleaning please. When you say "open it" what do you mean? Also what do you reccomend for sticky buttons? I'm new to this so bear with many and many thanks for any help. • Re: What's playing RIGHT NOW?
With school, money and other commitments the way they are it just became too much of a stretch. When I entered the draw I had every intention of going, but then I switched schools and joined a racing team it became unfeasible. I can't even begin to imagine how disappointed Gunther will be.
School first, all other things are second, B&O is hobby, PM Gunther, Racing team, I was doing some speedway in DK, late 1960s, Husquarna 250CC.
BG1200? Hmmmmmm, will check my closet, must have one somewhere. Attempting thing to do is make the wooden surround of the BM1200 in (Evan) white, not sure if that's wise to do to be honest! Let's see first if I can find the BG1200, if that's white decision is made. Yesterday I got an offer from Lee to participate on the Struer trip. Unfortunately I can't at these dates! That would have been a great chance to meet you and others in live....

Soren, if you do not have a set to go with your recent arrival, then you take them :-) I already have an almost set from my first BM 5000, but I also have 2xBeoSystem 5000s that I wanted to complement; but if you don't have any at all then you deserve them the most !
You Sir are a Beoworlder and a gentleman, I have the manual in original envelope for the MCP, if I get the manuals from Andy, the MCP manual is free to go.

Elephant you are too far away, and I was here first, and its easier to ship to DK than down under , its a pity that we don't have the 7000 manuals to change with, let the best man win. It would be a nice completion to my hard fought for, 5000 stack. Lets see what Andy comes up with,

Opened the MCP for cleaning, no problems no dust. Opened the BM, a lot of dust under the plastic cover with the big caps, someone has been working on the unit, missing a pair og screws and 1 or 2 screws not original, the plastic lever for activating the the open solenoid was broken, but the piece was there, epoxied the piece back, the play contact did not work, cleaned, works, cleaned the open contact as well, checked both with meter, checked solenoid OK, repaired the "brake" for the command
