    I had some problems with my dealer as well and contacted the HQ in Struer (I think I just googled it and found the phone number online) and got an immediate help. They were very professional and even followed up on the matter some weeks later.

  • Suggestions for rear speakers in BL 18 setup

    Hi guys, I need to add rear speakers to my Beolab 18 and 19 setup (with 48" Horizon) and I was wondering if you have any other suggestions than Beolab 17? I'd prefer wisa speakers and have been holding off buying rear speakers in the faint hope that B&O would introduce a new version of the Beolab 3 (anyone thinks that will happen?) - aren't then the BL 17 my only option? What about Beosound Shape? Does anyone know if it is possible to use the Shape as rear speakers (then without

    I have the newest version of all software, both on my A9, Moment and the App. When I join manually the app shows the A9 has joined but shows volume being 0 and if I change the volume nothing happens. But if I press the X in the app I can de-join my A9 which I previously joined manually (so something works in the app albeit very little). Isn't this just peculiar. I think this must have something to do with the app... but I don't exclude a hardware problem... What's the best way to send

    I have tried everything. This is not a new problem. This has been like this for two years now I think - sometimes it worked for a couple of days and then not (no idea why or how). I was convinced originally that this had something to do with my internet, then after I got the M5 and everything worked like a charm I realised that my internet/router (that I also changed when I thought this was a router problem) was probably not the cause, so that only left the App or the A9.   • B&O App + multiroom problems with BeoPlay A9

    Hi guys, I have a problem that is driving me mad and I was hoping someone could help me out :) My problem is the following: I play music via my BeoSound Moment connected to my BV Horizon. In my bathroom I have a BeoPlay M5 and in my bedroom I have a BeoPlay A9. Everything works as it should EXCEPT that I cannot expand the music to my BeoPlay A9 and control the volume via the B&O app. I can expand the music to the M5 without problems but never to the A9. I can manually join multiroom on the A9

    Sadly I cannot agree because my BSM still does not play the Icelandic National Radio (RÁS 1 and RÁS 2). If I press the station either on the Moment or in the app nothing plays :( Absolutely drives me mad that I haven't been able to listen to the radio for over a year because B&O cannot support something that apparently everyone else supports (I can listen to the radio on TuneIn and all other internet radio equipment I've tried) except the Moment/B&O...   • How to set my router for an optimal B&O experience

    Hi guys, I've been having a lot of problems with my B&O setup for the past two years. I think partly because of faulty B&O products and bad software but it might also be because of some router configurations. Originally I thought all was because of my router so I bought a new one (ASUS RT-AC5300, Tri-band Gigabit Router) but the problems continued.     It's just ASUS connected to the internet via ethernet cable and then the B&O products connected with a wireless connection. When this happens I cannot connect to the products until I reset them. The B&O app always says the network connection is "excellent". I'll connect all the equipment to 2,4 GHz. But what else should I be looking for in the Beotool app? My flat is small (and the A9 is just next to the router and always shows excellent network strength) so I doubt very

    I don't get this either, the same applied on my old BSM. What happens is that I open the app and I push the beoplay A9 and it shows as nothing is playing. Then I try to go into the A9 (set-up page) and then the app just thinks and thinks and thinks. I tried powering off the A9 and turning off my phone and on again (iPhone 6) and the same happens. The only way for me to resolve this (so far I know) is to hard-reset the A9. The funny thing is that this only seems to happen when I'm playing
