  • Re: BEOVISION ECLIPSE

Hello Marcello! Little question: what do you mean by " It's not for everyone but it's a less dramatic departure from the BV10/11/14 than I expected."? If you meet the litlle bird again, can you tell us if it is, like expected, based on the LG OLED Signature presented in Las Vegas 2017...and a simple one: is it a nice tool? Thanks a lot Regards!

If soundbar is wider than the tV, it means the glass square must also be wider than the TV screen (or it is not a square anymore...). Looking forward to seeing it, but according to your descrption, it looks original and very nice... Thanks for this very interesting post !

Hello, Please forgive me if the question has already been treated but: I own a Beovison Avant (old one with cathodic screen). Between brackets, even though picture is a lot better on new screens, the sound of this still "buries" nearly any new TV on the market. Precisely: I have a wired link (since 2003) allowing me to listen to TV or my B&O Hi-fi (Beogram 5000 etc.) from my bathroom, kitchen etc. My dealer told me that if I would buy an Eclipse, I could lose this functionality, or

Thanks a lot for these great answers. So, if I understand (forgive me not to have your skills about B&O products !), I will not be able to manage sources thanks to Eclipse software (connected sources), but pressing my Link button on the wall (or TV on my remote control) could still make it possible to get the sound in other rooms and set volume level? It is, for me, a main advantage of B&O installations... Thanks a lot and have an excellent weekend Jean-François

Thanks a lot for these great and accurate explanations. Do not worry, I am still planning to buy B&O device. My only concern is that C7 lacks fluidity, especially compared to Sony (same panel, with their own technology). This is something I could notice watching live TV.

I am also in trouble with that lack of upgrade. I am indeed a B&O lover, but buying a screen which replacement has been replaced will be hard to accept. i fear this info is true, even if I am afraid it is not. Little questions: assume I buy a C8 or E8 from LG; can I use B&O wired loudspeakers like Beolab 18 or 20? You understand what I mean...

Thank you for the quick answer; I hope at least it is nicer than the LG one...and that the loudspeaker is also nice. I also hope it will be worth the price...

My dealer says it is beautiful, "like B&O" can do". Of course, I will not ask him for more because I would not like him to be in trouble...

I did not know about this expected update. I hope it will solve the issue, because apart from this, Eclipse is a very nice product. let us know if you notice a difference. All the best for you !

Maybe it simply refers to OLED and its "perfect" black quality...
