MrAndersen: I am pleased with the functionality of the App, my wife and I love that our two iPhones both – in sync - can be used as remotes for our BL20 (via Core) and the M3. I have one wish: Implementation of Active ROOM COMPENSATION. Your sound engineers have made a huge effort to develop ARC. (Ref. Geoff Martin’s blog B&O Tech articles #40 and #50). And the advanced ARC is now part of BL50 and BL90 SW and can be controlled via the app. So, I want: Implementation of ARC for products

Good analogy there - with the hands narrowing the sound. Hope such kind of acoustic lens is implemented in BL50, it would be technical and visual superb. And only needing one speaker to implement narrow beam. Regarding the importance om beam width control in lower frequencies I posted some figures from Geoff Martins blog B&O tech #48 on Peter Pans blog . Here the massiv improvement between BL 5 and BL90 can be seen. The control of the beam in low frequencies can only be obtained by speakers directed

Yes, of course LEE. And of course we will have to wait, but it is kind of fun just to guess. If you have a look at Geoff Martin presenting BL90 in this video - Top three features, live - I believe it is obvious that beam width control is essential to obtain the very good image location that BL90 handles. (Maybe LEE participated in the presentation by Geoff?) Beam width control is really what is the differentiator for B&O in the high end market. Active room compensation is also important, but

Hi all BeoWorld nerds - being new to Beoworld blogs I dare to give my thoughts on BL50. A speaker that might cause me to spent the money! I am very impressed by the sound quality of BL90, especially image location and the low frequency ability without resonances. Huge improvements to BL5 based on the technologies "Beam Direction Control" (in full frequency range) and "Active Room Compensation". Looking into Geoff Martins blogs regarding technical background material is a pleasure
