    Hi all We have now verified that this is a product issue. I have transferred the bug to them and will get back with an ETA on a fix. When we test it, it always repeats. We cannot turn it off.

    After some investigation I'm suspecting it relates to the products as well. It wasn't doable before our 2.4 deadline, but I will move it into 2.5

    Hi all Yes, 2.4 is out in beta. This not a major release for us but preparations for features and updates we're doing this spring/summer. 3d touch is now very basic. We will add more features in upcoming releases, for example quick access to selected products.     @Jans: The configuration page issue has been fixed, timing issue that for some reason appeared more frequently on non-english phones @Dion: That sounds like either a product problem or a network problem. That is hard for me to investigate and I must ask you to contact support. Is specific for that product or is it happening to all products?

    @Kuyttendaele: That was bad, found it and fixed. Updating today, will be available for you after apple review @millemissen: I know, changed a lot in how it is loaded, but it didn't worked. From the guy internally they simply disappear from the phone storage. I'm still on it Regarding the Toneotuch being forgotten for H5 and more. We cannot reproduce this, it is rememberred correctly in our tests. I will contact the product team

    @Dyssegaard: You are right, I will do this going forward. Be aware that event though the version number is higher in the app store it is not different from what you have, just another built from the same "place". We released friday using phased release. That means only 5 % of our users are updated, if you go to the app store you will always get the latest. @mbolo01: The product is supposed to save it but apparently the H5s doesn't do that.     Sorry that was a bit technical. Codewise I always keep them in sync, it is just a different build that I do especially for the review, usually a little later than the last beta. There is not need to switch to the app store version. I will from now on make sure they use the same version to avoid confusion.

    @Nidi: I see, I will investigate @Millemissen: I finally found an internal guys with the same problem as you got. Will work with him to resolve the personalization that disappears @Kuyttendaele: If you have never updated the S3 then it is not compatible with the app. You need to update it using a cable first. Could this be the case? @Fansastic: Our support is currently being restructured. We have an external company handling 1 tier, the more complicated cases will go to Beocare @Hjort: Good point
