    I have a Core integrated with my BV11 and I also have a Beoremote One BT. You should be aware of the following for an integrated setup: - Chromecast is not available. - No BT pairing between the Core and the remote. You must use ir commands via the BV11 to control volume, source etc. - The B&O app has a lot of cosmetic errors when using the integrated BV11/Core.

I think it’s because the integration uses the nl protocol so it’s similar to nl multiroom. For Airplay 2 to work in the integrated setup, multiroom for Airplay has to be selected on the Core, but there is no possibility to enable Chromecast for multiroom in the Core setup.

I will try to use local control and/or my Beoremote One BT with the M5 instead of the B&O app for a couple of days, to see if it’s the app that is causing the problem.

  • Beoplay M5 - local control sometimes unresponsive ?

    The local control on my M5 is sometimes problematic. Volume control (left/right turns) is always ok, but tapping in order to start/stop/change source is often unresponsive. After power off/on everything is ok again as long as I only use the local control. However, when start to use the B&O app, the problem very often comes back. Has anybody else had the same problem?

I can get to the menu with speaker groups - just as shown on your screen shot - but when I select another speaker group, the error message appears both on my iPhone and my iPad.
