• Re: De-cluttering our B&O: Does it spark joy?

I frequently de-clutter my B&o, as I find that I simply can’t appreciate it if there is too much of it. One room one system is how I can best enjoy it and let the design present itself as it was intended. I do however like to rotate every now and then, as each system appeals to me in a different way. When something goes out of rotation, for whatever reason, I tend to get rid it so I don’t end up with too much stuff. Sometimes it is difficult though, as with my restored bl/bm5000. I love for it

  • Re: NL/ML configuration help needed for its audio jacks

You have set the converter as v. Master ml role. This gives you the option to assign any nl source to v. Sources on ml. Your current configuration of sources visible on ml is blank. Assign sources you would like to access on ml there. Remember to set bc2500 to a. Opt 2. Hope this helps

  • Re: Chromecast on Essence Mk II

I agree with Leo, get a chromecast audio for the line in. That’s what I use. Actually the built in deezer and BT have been the only reliable things in my essence mk2’s. Cc, tunein and Spotify have never been reliable but I have my fingers crossed that the new fiber optic connection we are getting will improve matters.

Thanks Steve, and for starting the thread. Looking forward to seeing the different versions of what a beosanctuary is It is indeed the same rules here. They are more than welcome to join me in there though. It is not a room to escape from the family, but it’s on my terms.
Hi, I wonder if the need for a B&O sanctuary varies depending on whether there are young children in the house?
In my case it’s surely a contributing factor! Dad’s room is a strictly no touching zone I use it as a peaceful room for listening to music, watching films or sports and playing around with different setups or temporary storage while I’m refurbishing something, like the 900 rgc in front of the Beolab 10. It is at the furthest

Inspired by Tuckers lovely beovision 4 setup, I thought I would try it out too It’s just a 4-50 but still a little too big, perhaps I should have looked up it’s actual size... but there it is. Can’t decide whether it’s a little too over the top though. And yes, the m100’s are the fronts (cx100 rears) shared with a bm4400. About that, has anyone got experience with a dodocus ubox3-a for automatic amp switching?
How have I missed this thread?! If there is anything I am into more than B&O it is cars and auto racing. Looks like many of you guys have some excellent taste in automobiles! After having a many fun cars from a 1956 Chevrolet to a Porsche 911, my current collection includes a 2005 Audi A8L as my daily driver, a 1986 Porsche 951, 1984 Volvo 242 Turbo coupe, 1984 Porsche 944 race car, and my true baby, a 2010 Audi S4 ex-World Challenge GTS race car. The S4 actually
rather liking this cabinet, any guesses on where the doors are from ? we tend to forget there is more to design than designing.
That’s very cool! From a car that was produced for 42 years. Citroën made great cars back then. With a very keen eye for design and comfort.
