• Re: BV11-55: one Powerlink connnect to pair of BeoLab 5?

Have you adresses correct speaker roles? In speaker connection you only set up the correct type of speaker per PL. In speaker groups you set up the correct speaker role, in your case you set up a group for instance Stereo and than one BL5 acts as left front and one as right front.

Thanks! I’m on the same software and just saw the notification in the history list on my BSM that it had updated the sound heart.

What is the latest software serial number? My BSM is on automatic software update and can’t see if it already downloaded the new software. Thanks
Here I am thinking of buying a new Beosound Moment at a good price with a 2 year warranty, after the software has finally matured and stabilised yet everyone else is moving to a Core....someone out there must be enjoying the Moment and preferring it to an iPad in their hands...?
Hi seethroughyou, I must be the die hard Moment fan, use it all the time and really love the device. Unfortunately I had one that died on me and had it fixed (around €450).

Hope you will find a good setup and you can enjoy the Horizon. Despite negative feedback around the forum it is a very nice tv to look at (switched on and off). The Android system is now 99% stable and picture is crisp. Very dark scenes is not handled well but with my settings I find it quite acceptable (switched off the back light dimming). Regarding apple tv, first check the setting under the apple tv source (hdmi x, as you found for the tv as well). Second check the general settings / hdmi ultra
Tonight’s release has smaller radio icons (1,5cm x 1,5cm on iPhone), Music icons are still a mix of 1,5cm, 2cm and 2,5cm .... would love to know the rationale. BS Moment, BS Core, BS Ouverture, BS1, BL18, BL19, BL8000 + RCV1, A6, M5, M3, A1, H5, TR1
For my taste the old design was way more easy to oversee. Small icons and vertical scrolling feels more logical than swiping (that’s only for tinder :-)

    Hi I’ve put my settings next to yours: Customer Service Menu: > Backlight dimming: ON (OFF) > Room adaptation: LEVEL 2 (Level 2) > Max background light: 255 (255) > Whitepoint Offset: 00 / 00 (00/00) > Gamma: 0 (-10) (Normal) picture settings for "General" profile: > Color saturation: 25 (40) > Color temp.: 72 (95) > Background lighting: 30 (40) > Contrast enhancement: Minimum (minimum) > Sharpness: 5 (8) > Noise reduction: Medium (low) > Gamma: 22 (21
Hi there Fansastic Where do you find the “Room Adaption setting level”? I have a BV14. I have used the Picture corrections menu in the sources I use to increase the brightness and that has fixed it for me. But, I was interested to read your instructions on getting into the secret menu. I could not see the Picture Adaption Level. And, are there any other menus like this? cheers Scott
Hi, To get into the hidden customer service menu: - Select

What is your backlight level setting in the hidden customer menu? Mine is set at max level and if I lower it the screen really gets dark. Maybe this helps. What is your light sensor reading? During the day mine reads 35lux, evening around 10lux. If the light is too dark in my room the tv gets dimmed a bit too much. I selected room adaption setting level 2. Overall changing the multiple settings will have noticeably effect in my Horizon. If you do not notice anything there might be something wrong
