    I send a message through the app and received this reply, not sure what to make from it: —- Thank you for your patience. As we have an update from our back office, unfortunately, a "downgrade" would be very complicated and could neither be done by us remotely nor by yourself. However, since today there is a service-software for this that could be loaded to the serial number by us. Kindly get back to us whether we should do that if only to be aware that the update is coming, if so, please

    I have the BL18 for a month now and very impressed with the sound and bass capability. Before I had the BL14.4 and the 18’s are a real improvement. I have the sub from the 14 still in my setup but do not use it with music, it actually gives worse bass than the 18, to punchy and heavy. The 18 is more balanced. Not sure if a BL19 sub is better than the BL14 sub (Always thought that the 14 sub was a very good sub). Use the BL18 with BL3 and great combination. Also use a Horizon for fine tuning the sound

    Hi, when you hardwire the moment it autodetect the network. Wifi is still needed for the jukebox to communicate with the soundheart, thats why you still have to give in a wifi connection. You can see in the beotool that your moment is wired Hope this helps

    Oke, after 20 minutes or so the BS3000 dropped out and even after power on/off not able to rejoin the session. I give up for now. Not clear what is causing the problems.

    Gave it a try with this session (see picture): The BS3000 is now playing through the moment and no drop outs for about 10minutes so far. I’m on app version 2.6.1 (2.6.1.20021) from 2 days ago.

[/quote] Mine is on latest software too and no problems. The Moment is connected to the TV and uses my BL’s that are wisa connected to the tv. Indeed update your Moment and first try to wire your master BL90 through powerlink.

Just checked and the BL90’s are not in the list. My guess is that the BL90’s don’t need to be on the list

    Congratulations with your BSM! Checked my Moment and the BL90 are not on the list for wired connection. Might it be that your complex BL90’s have to be in a different mode? As they have to recognise the WiSa signal from the Moment. In your picture a automatic option show’s, did you try this? Does your BL90 installation menu give you an idea? Sorry I cannot be of more assistance. Hope you solve it quickly!

    The BS1 mk2 with Google Assist had a bass upgrade and is noticeably better than the mk1 (to my limited experience in the store). But still not good enough as the M5 and especially the BS2. I own a BS2 and it is has so punchy bass that I even find it a bit to much in some cases. I feel the BS1 is way overpriced and there should be a mobile device as good as the M5 and fully multiroom capable, priced just above the M5. Or upgrade the BS1 mk3 with the same power upgrade as the Beoplay A9 mk3... Style
