    Hi, I experience same drop out of beo one once every two days in average. Problem started directly after latest software update in December. I reported this to B&O through the app, never received any feedback. Lately the response of beocare is limited to none. I’m on the Horizon, same Android platform as your Avant NG. I’m afraid we only can wait until this is being addressed in new update. Hopefully others will also reply so B&O will be aware of the problem.

    Hi, Not sure if this helps but seems to me you misunderstood the hardwire / wifi needs for the moment. If you hardwire the soundhart your moment will connect to your attached network dlna music collection / NL network for other NL products such as speakers and tv’s from B&O and use Deezer and TuneIn all wired. You still need wifi for your jukebox (the tablet) to connect to the soundhart. This is why you select an wifi connection in the setup, even when you have hardwired it. What you describe

    You can also tap the M5 to join in a play from the Moment, so without use of the app

    Good to hear and glad this worked for you. For me the Moment works best with wired connection. It sees al other devices through Network Link

    Can you use the moment through the app, hence is the soundhart still working? Try to drain battery of the jukebox completely and see if this helps reboot it. My jukebox was not working out of the blue, completely died. Soundhart was still working. The motherboard of the jukebox needed to be changed. Now my Moment is back again because after replacement of the board my sceen was not working as it used to be, very sensitive for pressure on the back and gave bleeding lcd.

    Since latest update I experience problems with the BT Beo one remote losing connection. Reboot both remote and TV fixes it. After a day or so the problem reoccur.Anyone else experiences this? From the software update, no real improvements noticeable, picture seems somewhat sharper and menu reaction little better. Main issue still is the random slowness of the system OS, the Android platform is just rubbish from performance side, the UI itself is something I started to like and the old OS feels outdated

    Thanks for the feedback, I’m doubting my memory and asume if you do not have it, all is normal again! And after a few weeks without the moment, I realise how much pleasure the Moment gives me for a complete B&O experience. There is no substitute for the touch and looks! So sad that there will be no successor of the Moment.

    Finally my jukebox repaired, the PCB motherboard died. With €435 not really cheap but then again, use of the jukebox as wooden tray only seems not logical either. One question for the Moment owners. I now have no more click sounds when using the keypad, as far as I recall there were clicks when typing, same clicks when you operate the sound wheel on both sides. Can’t find any setting for it. Please share your thoughts with me. Thanks

    I saw a bronze M5 at my dealer last Friday. Looked very nice. Expect more bronze speakers as special edition. And off topic, they tried to demonstrate the M5 but where unable to activate it with the app. After multiple attempts I felt sorry for them that I switched topics. Still a lot ground to cover on the digital side. Hope B&O will get it right in the end..

    Thanks, couldn’t find the other posts but remembered that the tablet could die out of the blue. Shall bring the tablet back to dealer, 3.5years old, hope they can repair it.
