  • What product - colour combo would you ask Santa

    Hi all, As Christmas is on the Horizon quite soon I thought let’s take a Moment to see how many of us are in Harmony of yet to be launched product / colour combinations.. Maybe B&O is listening and will surprise some of us with a new colour.. The products I would buy instantly: - Beoplay EQ in Navy Blue (like H95) - Beosound Level in Brass / Smoked Oak - Beolab 28 in Brass / Smoked Oak Is there a product colour you are would fancy?

    I would really want to know if the brass versions of BL28 and Level will be launched. Anyone has an inside information regarding this?

    Hi BeoJosh, as we are both very much in like of the brass, I’m confused if the brass is EOL or that they are pushing gold for now. Asked my dealer and he is not sure. Ordered Harmony i brass in August and was still available. So I hope they are considering to continue brass for regular ordering.

    Recently I experience a problem with Youtube. When watching YT and turning of the Harmony it first starts to close down but in a second or so the tv switches back on showing LG icon, the speakers open again, the tv box powers up and sound is coming from tv instead of sound center. Turning it down again, all is fine. Seems an sync issue with the LG apps and sound center. Anyone else having this issue? Thanks

    I really appreciate what you and the other guys are doing Michael! It is informative, funny and natural at the same time. I’m a bit upset that people actually feel the need to comment on the podcast just because they do not have time…go see your dealer if you are so short in time! I’m sure he cannot give you the information in the level of detail that is being discussed on BeoTalk. Be more respectful and you can also watch an episode day after and fast forward to the bits you want to hear. Michael

    Hi there, Adding a Beovision to the mix will open up your total B&O experience! The sound processing is so good and you can tune all settings to perfection. The Avant 55” mk1 vs mk2 will give you Android OS (not upgradable) in the latter, not to be advised. The mk1 had B&O last TV OS in it and is stable to today. The smart TV functions on board can be ignored, complete out of date. Adding an Apple TV 4K will bring you up to date and is even on modern TV’s the best way to go. Only problem

    Avant for that price is really low and tempting offer. Maybe someone knows a trick to prevent overheating of the board. That is the one problem that I know of, apart from that it seems a good TV

    The navy looks stunning! Great colour which should be available for more products. BS1… I auditioned a H95 few weeks ago and noticed the sound through my iPhone was really low. So low that I do not want to buy it anymore, despite the looks, quality and so on. What is the general consensus about this? Too low or as low as any headphone? Do not have this experience with my E8 / H4

    The mystery is called Android TV OS version s@#t which is on the Horizon. Expect strange errors and rest assured a complete power reboot will fix (almost) everything
