  • Re: Beovision 10 Software issue

Hi, Probably a silly question: where do I find the information about sw version? I've been browsing around in the menus but can't find the place. Thanks P

  • Re: One or two beolab receiver 1 in this setup?

I am considering to get the same Almando decoder and connect some speakers via cable and some via WISA. I will use BL4000 as surround speakers. One of them will be in a place where I can't pull a powerlink cable so I plan to use the Receiver 1 to connect it to the Almando. To my question: Can I have a mix of PL and WISA connected speakers in the set up or will that introduce imbalances and delays? For instance left satellite via PL and right satellite via WISA. Will it work?

  • Re: Connected home

Hi Seanie, I have built my home automation system on the z-wave technology, with a control center from Fibaro as the "brain". Most of my light switches and sensors are either from them or from Qubino. I have built a few integrations to other systems using Raspberry Pi and Z-Uno which is a Z-wave capable Arduino controller. Integration to heatpump: The heat pump has an API which allows to read temperatures etc which I use to present that data in the Control app. The Raspberry polls the API

  • Re: B&O IR and Arduino

I just hit the very same problem and wonder how you solved it using discrete components. I am using a TSOP 7000 with a z-uno (an arduino board with z-wave interface added to it) and it works fine apart from one problem and that is the sensitivity of the IR sensor which is quite low. I have to aim the remote diectly at the sensor for it to pick up the signal. Compare this to B&O equipment which seem to be able to pick up the signals no matter in which direction I point the remote. My conlcusion
