Yes the 2.1 option is on, thats why there is no more bass from the 18s. I think this is linked with using the essence as there is more options on tv and moment I think and a better bass management system. The setup was sounding perfect with my dealer.connected.to an avant. Lp filter is off as this was what I understood when using bass management system. I will try turning it on and let you know.

  • Beolab 19 don' know what to think....

Hi, I own Beolab 18 since one year and I still love them. Used in combination with Beolab Transmitter connected to Essence MKII and with SPDIF to a HTPC.. I was missing bass sometimes but not so much so I decided buying a Beolab 19. In place since yesterday and I don't know what to think... If I turn up the volume very high, I feel it and it's nice (but not so much present) But at lower volume, my daughter's Beolit 15 is better ! And worst : the setup sounded better at low volume before

  • Re: Essence?

You need the wheel if you love the look and want to be able to resume last played source without using your telephone or tablet, otherwise everything is done through the app. I am located in France. On the offer : make me your offer keeping in mind market price (it s still under warranty for 11 months as i bought it.on the 24th of december 2014. Christophe

  • Re: Essence?

Hi, Yes you can, there is two RJ plugs on the essence to connect directly speakers, so if you buy the rifht cables (RJ -> Powerlink) you can definitely put your 4000 on it. For the internet radio, everything is done through BeoMusic APp and then the Essence is grabbing the stream from internet. I have a second hand MKI if you want (without the wheel) as I upgraded the white box to a MKII to benefit from MultiRoom. Christophe.

  • Re: Beosonud Essence and BeoMusic App

Yes, it's quite easy to setup. My credentials are entered on both the Essence and the BeoMusic app. For me the sources are just usefull when using the remote wheel, but from the App, it shouldn't make any difference. Never mind, I kept Deezer, TuneIn, Bluetooth, Lin in (in this order) I will try resetting everything and beginning from scratch. Thank you for your answers.

  • Beosound Essence and BeoMusic App

Hi all. I am the happy owner of Beolab 18's and in a few days a new Beolab 19 and a A6 I just ordered. While buying the A6, B&O updated my Beosound Essence to MKII version. I have few question : -Is it normal there is no more LED in front of the Essence MKII like the MKI (not really usefull, but just wanted to be sure :) ) -TuneIn doesn't seem to work on my new setup : I entered it on the Essence GUI and in the BeoMusic App, I can see the station, I can launch them. On the APP, it seems
