• Re: Beosound Moment & Pattern Play
By the way, if you have the possibility to make the moment a stand alone system it is much better to interact with it. Volume is much easier regulated, the whole experience is much faster and accurate and the bang Olufsen app works much better as it does not let you get confused on which source is available for each device.
I have abandoned the integrated set up and indeed: much better One open item for me is that the remote control does not work with the BS

A9 with Google Assistant
Surely not another A9 already? The A9 MK3 has only just been launched!
I was researching the A9 and stumbled on this offering (A9 with Google home) from a Dutch dealer: https://morelisse.nl/product/beoplay-a9/ I assumed it was not real / it was using Google home / assistant with a separate home (mini) and then chromecasted to the A9 But could be "real" after all.

  • Re: New Deezer App Beoplay V1 / BV 11
I had forgotten about the deezer app on the V1, tried it on one of my V1s and it responded quickly to search and played music quickly. I have this hardware by cat7 cable to the router, so don't know if that made any difference. I have a BS moment so always use that in the room
I have the same set up but Deezer on the V1 is sloooooooooow........ Maybe library size on Deezer ("My Music") is a factor? I have appts 1500 albums in there.
Thinking about what PeterBOBP mentioned.... Take a closer look at the panels,... they are spread further apart as you move away from the separation of the aluminium frames. Curious indeed. The graphic may not indicate movement at all, but may just indicate the permanent spacing of the panels. HOWEVER, I'd bet that the semi-circle lines in the graphic are what is indicative of whatever movement is planned. **Edited to include my interpretation of what I'm trying

Based on these 3 clues: 1. "In this space, the brand debuts a new experience: a choreographed performance of magical movement, acoustic clarity and human-centric design. Sound, craftsmanship and design merge in this visionary Bang & Olufsen product as experiences from the past meet visions for the future." 2. Event name = "B&O music Box", see : https://fuorisalone.it/2019/en/events/169/BO-MUSIC-BOX 3. And the photograph of a lady sitting next to and looking at a radio
Please notice my phrasing ‘ought to’ - in my poor english that means ‘I’d strongly recommend someone to do it’.
I would swap "ought to" fo "suggest you ...." if I were you (= suggestion) Anyway I took your advice and here is what stood out for me: We can expect lots of new products in all categories (staged, on the go, flexible). looking forward to it and please make them affordable The CEO said their

A sound bar that opens up and radiates sound 180 degrees? This explains why the lamellas are so close together in one of the pictures: when sounder is off they are closed; they will spread 180 degrees when on. This is shown in the picture above: in the background the closed state seen from the front, in the foreground a drawing of the open / on state seen from above. But 95% sure it will be something else ;-)
