Beovox Speaker Setup/Height/Tilt

Hi all, I've been playing around with my M75 speakers and want to know what other peoples setups are and what their thoughts are. I set up the M75's as per the B&O instructions, with the middle of the bass driver inline with my ear whilst seated (did this with a straight edge and string) etc etc. Here are my dimensions,,, Speaker height from the floor to the bottom of the speaker cabinet - 44cm Speaker height from the floor to the top of speaker cabinet - 108.5cm Distance measured between

Yes, with older B&O spare parts becoming increasingly rare, I think alot of us appreciate Rudy's ingenuity at finding ways of keeping these lovely machines alive. Remote control retrofit module with full operating functions eh??? Yes that's Rudy alright!!! I can't wait to see what other wonderful things he creates for 2015. Chapeau Rudy! Or should it be Wunderbar?! Hehe

I personally would go the SMMC. Once it's purchased, repairs and rebuilds are cheap through Soundsmith. Only the initial purchase is considered expensive for some.

I'm curious about these. What were the differances between the P45 and P50. 5 watts? Which is the better speaker? The P45 being more newer (better??) or the P50 for slightly more power? thanks

Seems everything is in spec. Upon closer inspection of the tonearm assembly, it appears something is broken as I found a very small piece of black loose plastic and which I think may have to do with the tonearm assembly having dropped down onto that spring. That's why it behaves differently every time, sometimes the assembly is sitting ok and other times it isn't and causes arm problems. Looks like its a spare parts donor.
