  • Beolit 700 (maybe 707/600/others) volume and tone controls

My Father has given me his Beolit 700 to look at repairing for him. It has lost both of it's volume and tone slider controls. Can anyone recommend anywhere I can source replacements? Or is it a case of finding a donor/someone breaking another unit? Looking at the design of the broken-stump that's...

  • Beogram 3300 Turntable Spinning Too Fast

I was recently lucky enough to be given a Beocenter 3300, including the amp, turntable and cassette player and a pair of beo speakers. I'm really impressed by the sound, but sadly I am having issues with the turntable. Whenever I play a record, it either starts off at the correct speed then speeds...

  • Bought some P45's - Lots of questions!

Hi all, my first post here. I have just purchased a pair of P45’s. I was able to listen to them before I put down my cash and they sounded great. That combined with the reputation they seemed to have, I thought they would be well worth the modest asking price. Aesthetically, they’re in great...

Hi, I'm relatively new to the forum as I have a problem with my (recently acquired) Beomaster. I have just finished re-capping the board and as far as I knew, all was running smoothly.
