  • Bang & Olufsen 6514 RL 45.2 Speakers Grill Cloth Repair

    I'd like to replace the worn grill cloth on my 6514 RL 45.2 speakers. Dis-assembly up to and including separating the unit's back from the front was straightforward. However separating the grill cloth assembly from the rest has proven to be a challenge... Any tips and suggestions from the experts...

    Thanks to Martin for supplying me the correct relay! Long weekend now so I started to get familiar with the Beomaster. I began with changing the operating voltage to 240V. After that, soldering the PCB7 off and the old relay. Relay contacts seemed very dirty, so no wonder the sound wasn't good anymore...
