If anyone's interested i just added a lot of my own custom B&O 3D prints to my website. They are free to use.

You can find and download them right here: https://leicht.io/projects/3d-models/

Kind Regards,

Christian Leicht

Solved by designing a small part and printed with a 0,25mm nozzle.

The journey between designing and finally usiing the printed part can be very satisfying.

Let me take this opportunity to express my appr citation and respect for what you’re doing. Helping people with parts tor classic B&O that have been unavailable for many years must truly be a labor of love for you, and a great benefit to B&O lovers. Thank you for your efforts!

As I said on FB a little while ago - great work! It's amazing to see what you can cleverly reverse engineer with just a set of calipers and a few gauges.

I 3DP as much as I can for my hobbies (B&O included) but it is difficult when you don't own a printer yourself Stick out tongue Usually I go to Shapeways to get my parts made. Its the only way I can get a reasonable deal on sintered parts.

Great. I did try BC9000 CD holder years ago, but then 3D printers (what I could reach) did could not do good enough. Maybe I should try again if there is improvement happend.

 blah-blah and photographs as needed

I'm not sure exactly what part you are referring to, but if you need more detail (higher precision) and better durability, SLA might be a good option for this. Shapeways also has this service available. Or find someone with a Form1/Form2 from Formlabs.

I received an abused BG3300 for repair/overhaul.

Plastic part was broken where the tonearm is adjusted when it floats accros the record or rests when in standby.

When the gearwheel from the BG4000 is broken, just print another one.

I've attached the model to this post.
