I like Nightwolf's secret. Because C9 could also be used as a center, will be so logical.
Torben then found out long ago that this is not the case. Therefore, I became surprised
by the post. The next is - we won for a BeoLab 7 / 1-2-6 / 4 or 10, will probably not be
satisfied with the center sound of the small LG C9 speaker.

With this setup I am satisfied with the Center sound.

alexm86:

I just got a reply from profusion that they should have some arriving in about a week.
They will then load a quote onto the website which will enable you to buy directly from there.

Hi alexm86

Have you found the link where you buy a LG Innotek WiSA USB transmitter. ?

New in the case:

Millemissen:
Nightwolf. Where do you get this information from?
Would be nice with some source reference!
MM

Nightwolf:
The information I have from LG and their technical department, they have a C9 portrait,
as they have examined it to answer the questions.

It may be that LG knows nothing and some tests with damp hands,
in their parents' damp basement and test TV where they cannot test the basics,
like sound connections (wisa) and other they probably know better.

LG also says that, as you know, no Wi-Fi USB dongle comes.

I don't know what to believe in.

Well, whether it comes with WiSA print built in (Harmomy), or with WiSA dongle, will WiSA
compatible speakers in a 5.1 surround setup, could be activated in the LG C9 OLED TV.

Your problem however, is that eARC seems to be working well wirhout HDMI 2.1.

@  Millemissen

You can take a shaving foam that is ½ full and see if it lasts as long as a shaving foam that's full.
If you go back in time with BeoBrian, we had the same debate about B&O and HDMI standards. Click here and down a bit.

Yes, that is correct - we have had a discussion about HDMI standarts back in those days.

But this is different - since there is no absolute need for HDMI 2.1 for eARC to work, you won’t miss anything not having HDMI 2.1 in a Harmony sound center.

It is an academic discussion, not a practical.

As with all academic discussions you can ride them as hobby-horses.

From a practical point of view - concerning eARC - there is no need for any further posts about this.

@ Millemissen

I point out that this time too, B&O will not go all the way to HDMI 2.1.
It does LG, with C9. Why does LG it if it doesn't matter. ?

None of the 2019 ranges from all the other TV brands have bothered with 2.1.

In other words the vast majority consider it unimportant as of now.

It’s not necessary for eARC.

LG is builds TVs, B&O does not!

There is ZERO need for more than HDMI 2.0 on the Harmony,- Sound Bar!

... And by now you've had about 24 hours to come up with just one use case,- And I am still waiting! Stick out tongue

@ BEOVOX141

You have received an answer if you can find the links you have received.
But you love the debate and can't dream of buying anything that is being debated.
