I hope you are all well.
I recently bought a Beosound 35 and it's great, especially when connected to multi-room. However, that is the only way I can listen to it, because it wont let me login in to either my Deezer or Tunein accounts. It just says "Sorry login failed"
It means I cant access my content just through the 35. I mostly listen multi-room, so this is not a big issue, but I just wondered why I can't login to Deezer or Tunein. I am entering the right details too, before any one asks lol.
Can anyone help?

Thanks for your post. I've done several factory resets to try and resolve this and nothing changes.
The update version number I have is 1.4.311. It says my BS35 is up-to-date.
Any ideas?
BTW you're right that it is an awesome bit of kit

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.
I thought it would be an issue with my BS35 not having the correct software version.
No matter what I try though, it all says my product is up-to-date. Using the app or doing it via its IP address all have the same result.
I contact the support section on Bang and Olufsen page the other day asking about this, but i'm still yet to hear back from them.
