My Beoline 1 is missing the button switch underneath the grey button. I opened it up and there's nothing there.

Does anyone have the repair manual?

Or could someone please tell me which of the 3 metal contacts beside the light to short to initialize/open the base registration in the image below (the three horizontal gold colored square things):

Many thanks!

Got it to work, the power brick was busted at the connector (base of the power adapter). Made a new cable and everything's good again.

Thanks!

Edit: I added a photo in the original post. You can see the 3 gold coloured contact points above the grey power line in the bottom left quadrant.

I think everything is correct, the base is open for registration (for 5 minutes) when you just interrupt the power supply for some seconds.

Hi Ralf, thanks for that, I thought the grey button was supposed to reset the device? In any case, it looks like the grey button has no contact points (bottom right quadrant in the picture below).

How can I test if this beoline is working? Is there any test sequence? Or can I short some of those 3 contact points to reboot it? Unplugging and replugging power seems to have no effect, with the phone still "searching base" and never finding it:
