Morning all. I sent the email below to B&O head office yesterday.  Has anyone else had issues with the Beolab 12-3?

 

Also, is there a market for my old B&O kit?

Good morning. I'm inquiring about a faulty Beolab 12-3 that I own. It's serial # is 23538408. I've owned B&O kit since 1982 with a Beocenter 7007, with S55 and MC120 speakers. It's a magnificent system with zero issues. Since I've bought the new system I've had nothing but problems. I had the Playmaker replaced 3 times, eventually being replaced with an Essence, which has rectified the connection issues. The speaker above has been repaired twice, I was told, with faulty drivers. It is now faulty again, with blurred base notes. I have been told by your B&O Richmond store (Australia) that this is not covered by warranty. If I must, I'll pay for the repairs so I can again listen to my music collection, but I find this whole epic saga from purchase quite hard to swallow. Any help in this matter would be much appreciated.
