Hi guys, just wondering if you have seen this problem in the past with the Beolit 17.

I bought this unit back in August 2017, with an ~2hrs playback every evening, I began to notice a pair of very prominent lines appearing on top of the unit. It looks like some kind of overheating marks. The two marks are very consistent, could it be something underneath the casing heating up?

I called the CS but they told me it's normal, however going back to their showroom and the salesman there told me their display units don't have this occurrence despite being on for very long hours every day, he said this is not normal and I should keep trying to call the CS.
