Beosound Ouverture 2631 Sound Lost Problem

Hello,

I have a Beosound Ouverture 2631,

Few days ago, my friend power up my device and open its volume to top by mistake

Then she tried to reduce its volume level via remote but after this suddenly device stop to produce sound to speakers like mute.

Now I am opening my device and opening its volume level to the top, just a small sound I am hearing from speakers if I stand near to them.

Where can I start to fix this problem. In my country, there is no B&O experts here.

Please anybody can tell me some good advice to solve this problem.
