Try Googling for a local B&O service centre and make some enquiries. Sounds obvious but it may well be the best way to sound out a few options for yourself.
Penta require careful handling so as not to dent the delicate panels – so your primary concern should be with whether the repair shop you choose has experience – and you’ll only suss that out with a conversation.
I had my Penta Mk2’s serviced at B&O Canterbury by their technician, Chris. This was some years ago now and the shop has since closed – Jono and Chris still work in the business though so it may be a good idea to phone and ask.
Jono now works for Sound Integration – give him a call and ask if he can recommend someone to service your Penta’s. 01227 452 451.
