I am not familiar with those speaker drivers but they are neither RL35 nor RL45.Doesn't look like B&O, I think.
Martin
Thanks for dissapointing me Martin But I know it wasn't, but it came from a B&O dealer and the cloth looks familiar with the cover of some B&O CD's I have. Gonna check that!
Finally I finished my decal layout for the Dirigent I'm working on and found a mistake on the lay-out.
Looks like B&O made a little mistake on the 2pin DIN symbol. If you compare the plug on the chassis and the symbol you will see that it's the other way around. Spade on the symbol should be on the right side. And a little mistake on the word "Glodestrom", whatever that means. Will do it again...
I guess i should be Glødestr.
//Bo.A long list...

Or perhaps the assembly worker just riveted the sockets the wrong way around (they are not on a PCB as far as I recall, so it doesn't matter if you still wire them right)...
Can't get to my 610K (one year newer I suppose) but here's a picture of the rear panel - it appears to be the same way.
BO must be right on the wording, it means the heater current of the valves.

Thanks Mika, just rotated the DIN plugs on my decal sheet. Not sure if that was wise to do but it needs to be correct.
Another two 8000's that are almost finished.
Hmmm, one tiny dent on top panel. Anoying..
New top panel, need to remove the speakerhousing (12 screws) in order to get access removing the panel with only one screw
After 3 attempts I finally finished my decal.
This is how it was.
And this is how it is now.
And new aluminium frames for my loudspeaker paintings. Honestly, they sound a lot better then the RL45's I have.
Next job is completing my Beolabs 8000's. 4 woofers need to be replaced. Thought the amps were defect so I swapped them with donor amps. No result.
Forgot my Cona, new caps...
Hi Leslie,
I am always wondering the quality of your lettering works and would like to start also to improve the aesthetic of my works.
Where to start from, I do not know.
I have a practical example it concerns the lettering of the Beomaster 3000, the one with the sliders, I renovated it electronically and brought it back to life. It is this one: http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=336
The area I am talking about is the front panel the aluminium where the marking is weak and the sliders marking: "Tuning, Volume, Treble, Bass, Balance"
Thanks a lot for your guidance
Alain
Bonjour Alain,
Waterslide decal. Youtube is your friend.

What I did with my Dirigent is a sort of workaround. Made a picture exactly in front of the chassis.
Used Powerpoint to paste the picture as a background layer. On top of that I put all the symbols and text (many fonts available) and resized them until they fit the symbols/text as seen on the picture. Then I deleted the picture and that's it. Sorry, you need to mirror the whole lay-out and print the decal either on laser or inkjet. Simple right?
By the way, bought my decals at www.paperspecials.nl The owner Anton gave me lots of support in guiding me. Thanks!
By the way, if your looking for sliders for BM3000 I think I must have them somewhere in my closet. :-)
New caps..
Next step on my Dirigent is making replica's of the knobs. Few are missing.
Challenge? I don't know, will see....
Thank you Leslie I will look at this very carefully.
Concerning the sliders I wills send you a pm
Nice work!
What speaker cloth do you recommend for recovering speaker frets?
Thanks
Depends what you want to recloth.
