beoplay a9 network/bluetooth troubleshooting

Hi, I really need all your help.

I own a 2nd generation Beoplay A9 and its connected to the network via wifi router. I use both ipad(airplay) and Samsung phone(bluetooth) to stream music from it.


After playing music for about 5 minutes the volume graudally decreases and eventually goes mute.

O've tried visiting the service center (horrible, does not have a clue what's causing it) and changing the wifi router.


My guess is there seems to be some kind of network interruption. Does anyone have a solution for this? Please help me..I love the speaker and all but this is really driving me nuts.
