Beosound Moment won't play any music

I can get ZERO sound from either of my Beosound Moments.

* No music from Deezer

* No music from DLNA

* No TuneIn

* No ability to join Multiroom on any other devices

This issue seems to have appeared late last week.  I figured it was temporary network problems and went away for the weekend expecting it to be resolved by now.  It's not.

 

Question to other Beosound Moment users: is your device working normally, or are you experiencing the same issues?

Thanks for the information!  Knowing that yours is working let me to try more things at my end.   I ended up rebooting all my network equipment and all my B&O equipment, and happy to report that the Moments are back to working.

 

I know that one day B&O will stop supporting the back-end systems that keep the Moments running, and I'm going to be really sad when that happens.  I'm really glad that we aren't there yet!
