b&o beoplay a1 button + audio problem

... after about 8 months of buying, the buttons stopped working except the power button. it just powered on, and automatically shut down after 15 minutes

the pair function worked with the b&o app. audio working fine for the next 1 year  until today

I guess it's the twitter/small speaker

the trebles & mids are horrible right now. they are not as crisp & clean as before

only a hollow kind of bass is appearing from main speaker.


i opened the metal frame 

when playing music, gently touched the twitter/small speaker, 

there's no vibration

as far as i remember, it vibrates when music plays

If you still have a warranty, contact your seller or the B&O online support and they will guide you what to do next
